Universities · YouthVibe coding hackathons, fully outsourced

A campus hackathon,
light to prepare.
Results for students and your program office alike.

Even non-major undergraduates build working apps by describing what they want in plain language. Recruiting, pre-training, event-day operations, judging, deliverables, press — one event, one contract, fully outsourced.

01Why now

This is the best fit a campus hackathon has ever had.

Tools, content, and policy are aligned for a short window — one event can satisfy students and the university at once.

01
The vibe coding era
Plain-language instructions now produce something that actually runs. The barrier has never been lower for a non-major undergraduate to hold their first finished build.
02
Policy is aligned
With the 2026 RISE framework settling in and AI-focused university programs ramping up, visible educational outcomes are in demand.
03
Straight into your reporting metrics
Participation, diversity mix, industry-academic linkage, quantitative data — one event fills several boxes on the program plan at once.
04
One event, two payoffs
Undergraduates get learning outcomes and a portfolio piece; the university and program office get reporting material for dissemination — from the same event.
02Problems and fixes

The six hard parts of running a hackathon, and how Jitda solves them.

Non-majors, instructors, deliverables, admin, reporting, subcontracting — six problems solved on one platform.

1
Non-majors can't get started
→Vibe coding plus 1–3 hours of pre-training puts everyone on the same starting line.
2
Sourcing instructors, mentors, and judges
→We run it with Team Monolith's mentor and judge network, supplemented by your own staff.
3
The burden of compiling deliverables
→Jitda auto-generates the one-pager; web apps, project briefs, and slides are collected as event deliverables and handed over in one package.
4
Multi-stage admin from recruiting to awards
→Full outsourcing (package C) folds recruiting through awards into a single contract.
5
Collecting reporting data separately
→Attendance, completion rates, pre/post satisfaction, and mentoring logs accumulate automatically.
6
Vendor review and subcontracting concerns
→CSAP security certification and the platform-delivery option (package A) make a single contract possible.
03How it runs

Students build by talking. Your staff watch it all on one screen.

Prep, run, package, judge — all four stages of the event on one platform.

01Prep
Participant pre-learning modules
Vibe coding basics and how to use Jitda, delivered before the event — so non-major undergraduates start from the same line.
02Run
Event-day tooling
Live hosting, real-time mentoring, a work gallery, and progress monitoring — the platform absorbs the on-site operations load.
03Package
Deliverable packaging
Jitda auto-generates the one-pager; web apps, project briefs, and slides are collected and handed over as PDF and HTML in one package.
04Judge
Judging tools
Final rankings and awards remain the judges' call. The platform puts process and deliverable evidence on one screen and tallies the scoring forms.
04Deliverables

Four things every participant takes home.

The same material becomes a job portfolio for undergraduates and reporting or press material for the university.

01
Web app
Live-hosted during the event, source code after it. Students can keep developing it themselves.
Collected on the day
02
Project brief
A standard template covering background, goals, and core features — for grading or coursework submission.
Template provided
03
One-pager
A poster-style summary compressed onto a single page — usable as-is for program reporting and dissemination.
Auto-generated by Jitda
04
Presentation deck
Slides for the pitch (with video production support if needed) — the raw material for portfolios and press releases.
Collected on the day

Jitda auto-generates the one-pager; app source, project briefs, and slides are collected, organized, and handed over in one package.

09Pricing

Quoted to your headcount and scope.

We don't publish a fixed rate card — how your university runs things matters more than a price list.

Priced to your scale

We can design within the private-contract ceiling (currently 20M KRW) and quote by headcount, scope, and options. Contracting and budget execution follow your university's rules. (Exact figures are settled in the meeting.)

Contract type
Service, delivery, or a mix — chosen to match how you execute
Budget lines
RISE · SW and AI-focused university programs · research funds · industry-academic foundations · student affairs extracurricular · general service budgets
Settlement
Prep through press: one contract, one settlement
Example
An intensive format where 30 non-majors each finished a working build in three days came to roughly 15.5M KRW (VAT included). Actual quotes vary by headcount, format, and options; events at the 2,000-participant scale are quoted separately.
10FAQ

What you'll want answered before sign-off.

After an hour of pre-training, most finish a build during the event. It can be done without writing a single line of code — in one run, 30 non-majors each completed a working tool in three days.
11Corporate ESG sponsorship

No budget? A company sponsors, and your students build.

It doesn't have to come out of the university's own budget. This is a student AI & ESG hackathon funded by corporate ESG or industry-academic sponsorship.

Brand exposure plus social contribution
The sponsor gets brand exposure and an ESG result from one event, with no hiring commitment.
Participation diversity metrics
Self-reported region and major from the application form let us summarize non-capital-region and non-major participation for the report (as reference figures).
Reporting material, produced for you
An outcome report (quantitative participation data plus case write-ups) and promotional assets (press release, photos, work gallery) are delivered together. The report template is agreed in advance.
What the company actually puts in
One judge for half a day (plus optional prize money) — that's it. Planning, operations, platform, and deliverables are performed by Jitda under the sponsorship contract (quoted separately).
